Susan Kmiec

Susan's Story

Susan joined Baystate Financial in 2010 bringing with her a wealth of customer service experience. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a degree in Marketing from Nichols College, which she obtained in 1997.

As a Senior Support Assistant, Susan plays a key role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and attention.

Susan grew up in North Andover, Massachusetts, and currently lives in Exeter, New Hampshire with her daughter Keegan and pug Maui.
